I started Menifield & Associates, LLC after a 28-year federal leadership career because I saw one gap too many—a gap between what teams and what they when things fell apart.
Ever since, I’ve been helping organizations, agencies, and entrepreneurs get their ACT together—especially when failure is not an option. Whether it's coaching leadership teams through high-stakes decisions or restoring trust and culture after breakdowns, I bring the tools, truth, and track record to deliver transformation.
