A former USDA senior leader, Angela held leadership responsibility for approximately 4,000 employees across 14 states. She is an international keynote speaker, two-time Amazon best-selling author, executive advisor, and SHRM HR Certification Prep instructor at St. Joseph’s University since 2019.

As Chief Equipping Officer of Menifield & Associates, LLC, Angela is called when organizations need more than a presentation or a surface-level solution. She brings truth with compassion, strategy with clarity, and practical processes that help leaders move from awareness to action.
